| When you choose a bouquet, click on order now button below the bouquet and fill out the delivery form Then choose a payment method. If you choose to pay with a credit card (or international debit card), press Pay with a credit/debit card button and you will be transferred to the page of our authorized retail dealer 2Checkout.com where your credit card will be processed in a secure mode If you choose to pay otherwise including direct transfer to our PayPal account: sales@vanillabg.com, press PayPal/Other payment methods button and then go to you paypal account and transfer the money When you choose other payment methods you will receive a confirmation of your order and a unique order number, which you should use as a reference in your money transfer (or alternatively you can use the name of the recepient) For a variety of payment methods you can read below
To make sure that we provide you with best possible service, please order at least 1 working day in advance Delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in Varna and between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. outside Varna For deliveries outside Varna we use courier services, the bouquets travel in special boxes with water and arrive to the recepient in a fresh condition We offer also deliveries on sundays and on holidays to all big towns in Bulgaria. Please, contact us for shipping costs for such deliveries Some variations in the elements of the bouquets are possible, coming from seasonal and other factors, but the overal design of the bouquets is preserved To guarantee on time delivery, please send us the following info: name, address, and telephone number of the recipient as well as desired delivery date and preferred delivery time If you would like to send a greeting card with the bouquet, please send us your text Vanilla does not guarantee deliveries with wrong info about the recipient or in cases when recepient is not present at the address at time of delivery. In such cases it is good to have the telephone number of the recepient.
Deliveries for Varna are free of charge. For deliveries outside Varna on normal working days, please add 8 USD shipping charge to your order.
